Shipment and Return Policy

Delivery (Within 4-5 Hours)
  • Orders placed between 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday
  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be delivered the next day.
Outdoor, big size items:

Some outdoor item will require a call from customer service to fix an appointment for delivery, some items need special delivery and assembling but the date set will not exceed 3 working days from the date of placing an order.

Signature upon delivery required for all shipments.

Return and Refund Policy
  • For a full refund or exchange you may return new, unopened items sold within 14 days
  • For costumes and clothes returning is only possible within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For jewelries 24 hours for exchange or refund.
  • Warranty on Outdoor items are up to 15 days for manufacturing defects, in which replacement of the item or its defective parts will be provided. Any damages due to mishandling the product outside of its intended use won't be covered. Servicing after the warrantly period depends upon the availibilty of spare parts and would be charged accordingly.

Fairy Hub will also be willing to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from company's side, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Receiving a Refund

You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items and verify the items are in proper condition. Expect your refund within 4 weeks of returning your package to the return shipper (most cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 1 to 3 business days for us to receive your return from the carrier
  • 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned items.

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after it has been placed. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

  • Login in to your account.
  • Find the order on your account Main Page.
  • Click the order number to see the Order Details.

If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled “Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be cancelled.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Fairyhub reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical issues, they may be generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be contacted via phone/email and informed with the reason for cancellation.
